We ship across India through reputed courier partners. This page explains how we dispatch, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (or COD verification).
- Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote pin codes may take a little longer; we’ll keep you informed if there’s a delay.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
- Free shipping offers, when active, are shown on the cart/checkout page.
- Cash on Delivery (where available) carries a small handling fee shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we share a tracking link via email/SMS. For tracking help, write to xemirates3@gmail.com with your order number.
Undelivered / RTO orders
If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the customer was unreachable after multiple attempts, we’ll contact you for re-shipping. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or missing items
Please record an unboxing video and write to us at xemirates3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged or missing-item claims.
