We want you to love every X Cosmetics product. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
How to raise a return
- Write to xemirates3@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 70127 25806 with your order number, reason, and clear photos/video.
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days and arrange a pickup or share a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund/replacement is processed.
Refund timelines
- Prepaid orders: Refund issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days of approval (we’ll request your details).
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order anytime before dispatch by writing to xemirates3@gmail.com. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
Non-returnable situations
- Products that have been opened or used (except damaged-on-arrival cases).
- Free gifts or items received as part of a promotion.
- Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery.
